Ensign College is determined to maintain a safe work environment. There will be no tolerance for acts or threats of violence such as:
- Acts of physical violence.
- Actual, implied or veiled threats, made seriously or in jest.
- Conduct that causes concern for an individual's safety, which may create a hostile work environment.
Commission of any of these acts will result in immediate discipline, which may include termination.
