Ensign College space and facilities should be used primarily for college purposes. External organizations are not permitted to use Ensign College campus facilities without approval from the Vice President of Student and College Services and the college president. Additional approval may be needed from the Church Commissioner’s Office depending upon the nature of the request, including if the request is from an external group that is unaffiliated with the college or a college employee.
